Our New Toy

So I got a brand new cal king bed about a month ago and was hoping to get a new bedroom set to go with it. Mike kept putting me off and I finally said everyone is probably having a huge Memorial sell. Let's go and get one now!! And he said "Taryn wouldn't you rather have something that the whole family can use and enjoy together?" He also said it is a great deal. Our friend wanted to get rid of it because he had to many other toys. So put like that I said all right I can wait just barley.(while my bed sits on the floor without anything under it) =) So we are taking it to have a back seat bench put in it and roll cage. I told him I wanted Hot Pink Seats. Wouldn't that be cool. Hey there are more girls than boys in this family! I told Mike "you know we are going to have to get another one because I will want to drive, can you handle being in the passenger seat?"

Family in Town

We took the kids for a walk and ended up at the park in our development.

It's always fun to have family come and stay with you. My sister and her family were on their way to L.A. to go on a cruise. Their oldest graduated from High school and the next one graduated from 8Th grade. So they thought that it would be a good graduation gift.

So Cody and I took my three girls and her youngest son and daughter of all places shopping at the mall. All I can say is thank goodness that the mall has a closing time or we would be there forever! =) It was fun to cook out and just hang out.

Hagan

This is so funny I have to write about it. So Harley has a couple friends over after school and we all get out of the car and go into the house. I tell the kids to put their back packs by the front door so we will know where they are when their parents come and get them. Then I tell Hannah to put some real clothes on because she is forever in dress up clothes so she can go outside and play with the kids. I tell the other kids to go sit at the table because I have a Krispie Kream doughnut for them. So everyone is excited for their treat. I keep hearing Hagan banging on a door and screaming and yelling. And I keep thinking that Hannah has her locked up in the room with her while she is changing her clothes and won't let her out. After a while I finally tell Harley to go and let poor Hagan out. She comes back yelling you locked her outside the front door. Poor Hagan comes running in red faced with tears running down her face yelling MOOOOOOOM! My neighbors are probably thinking "What a MoM!!!"

Paintint, Painting, Painting!!!

I got the girls new bedding and wanted to paint their room to match. So I found this cut design on a JC Penney magazine and loved it. The original is done in pink and brown but I have to say that the green turned out just as cute. The girls love the antenna's and the little buzz buzz marks left by the lady bugs. It was a lot of fun. One thing I would of changed is the bottom and made it a shade darker but I'll live. I have one more dresser to paint and the room will be finished! Yeah!!

Love to dress up!

Cute little Reagan came to play in the girls dress up clothes. She put on Harleys Sleeping Beauty dress and it was so funny the thing was almost ready to fall off of her and she had to lift way high to keep from falling over. Her and Hannah had a ball! Hagan was like where's my pretty? What girls won't do to look pretty!

Bubblebath in the Hot Tub!

We went to swim at Renne's house. The hot tub was so hot and was overflowing with bubbles. The kids thought that was the coolest thing ever. They got pretty creative with the bubbles!! Hagan would sometimes go under and it was sometimes hard to see where she went.
Hannah thought she was so funny.

Keanu's Birthaday

Harley is trying to show Keanu how to ride a bike without training wheels. I think she is freaking him out!! Keep trying!

You got to love Chucke Cheese! Keanu's Birthday was alot of fun. That place can get crazy sometimes. It was fun to watch Harley with all her classmates. They are all so cute and fun to watch.
